This natural Stilbite with Heulandite specimen features large cream to pale honey-colored Stilbite aggregates with distinctive rounded, fan-like and radiating crystal growth. The prominent Stilbite formations display fine natural striations, delicate fibrous textures, and a soft pearly luster. White to translucent Heulandite crystals are intergrown throughout the upper portion and around the matrix, adding contrasting crystal forms and additional texture. The combination of large warm-toned Stilbite growth with bright white Heulandite formations creates a distinctive and richly detailed natural zeolite specimen.

Stilbite and Heulandite are zeolite-group minerals that commonly occur together in cavities and fractures of volcanic rocks. Stilbite frequently develops as radiating, fan-shaped, sheaf-like, or fibrous aggregates, while Heulandite commonly forms tabular to bladed crystals. These minerals form from mineral-rich hydrothermal fluids circulating through cavities and fractures in volcanic rocks over geological time.
Please Note: Natural mineral specimens may naturally contain variations in color, crystal formation, transparency, texture, inclusions, fractures, cavities, chips, luster, and matrix. Each specimen is naturally formed and may differ slightly from the photographed piece.
